How do i add P90X as my exercise?
Hi everyone still new here ..and I've just started doing the P90X but i try to add it as 1 of my exercises here on the cite but i couldn't find it . Any1 knows how to do it? any tips?

Just started P90X!!
i just started my P90X today!! with my sis and its really hard my body is really hurting right now. i feel sore all over any advise as to what to do? I really want to keep up with it but its really tough!!
