By mistake I inputted too much amount of wine for today in my food log and now will have to drink a extra glass of wine to fix issue.
Wanting to track my nutrient composition over the coming winter. Used to do it in the same program that I used for workout logging. But now TrainingPeaks is using MFP and linking info back from this. This is good as myfitnesspal is a lot nicer to use than the other way used to be.
