Best exercise???
Hi, I'm 5ft2, and weight about 8st 5lbs, I'm looking to lose about half a stone! I go to the gym a couple of times a week, and normally do 20-30mins jogging/power walking on the treadmill, about 15mins on the stepper, a few mins on the Power Plate and about 15-20mins on the rowing machine. I also try and do a Legs, Bums…
