Losing weight slowly, losing motivation QUICKLY
I've been working hard since July (since WAY longer than that actually..) and have had great results (finally!) with my new 8 week program.. -13lbs -10.5inches but for the last three week, it's really slowed down, and I'm feeling mildly discouraged.. any ideas? My nutrition is pretty clean, about 80% of the time... :)

scale vs. measure for success
I have been on my "journey" to a healthier me, since April 2010. It's been a LONG LONG road, and this past year has been a real struggle, maintaining the loss I have accomplished. setting your goal weight
I'm curious how you have, or will, set your goal weight?! My focus has been on getting my BMI to "normal" and I'm not there yet...but realistically, for my height, the BMI chart range is 115-155. I'll be lucky to get to 160lbs, and I wonder if there's anyone out there, who's happy with their weight being on the "higher"…

34/f/canada, new to MFP, plateaued with my weightloss
