i understand what you're saying, completely. i have switched programs, back to what i had success with (and i don't just mean physical..I mentally felt MUCH better with the lifting, rather than the cardio) :)

this actually is so simple, and i really hadn't just pared it down to the bare bones to just stick with it. i have gone back to the program i was using (because i liked the lifting, rather than the cardio..) so I'm feeling better already(just because, it's a good program..and i feel strong) :)

I finished Liift4 (early access..) and lost 13lbs and 10.5inches... and at the time, I wasn't using shakeology, just the nutrition plan provided by Joel :) Message me if you want to ask any more questions, I'm happy to chat!

I just finished my first week of Nia Shanks' "12 week dumbbell and bodyweight program" and I love it. She's been fantastic for support too :) I'm really looking forward to seeing how this goes-my first time with serious strength training, btw. :)

I just started(this week) the 12 week dumbbell and bodyweight program...finished week 1 and I'm so happy with it. I'd HIGHLY recommend anything Nia Shanks, she's easy to get in touch with too. :)

your body might've needed the week off, and now after a few "bad" runs(which, by the way...it's a matter of perspective.) you'll be back to your normal, and maybe even better than ever before! :)

What if you're not wearing the bodymedia while running...relying on runkeeper. It should sync with MFP and bodymedia, shouldn't it? Mine isn't. I'm so confused and can't get any answers. I often throw some frozen chicken breasts, baby carrots and then a can of low fat cream soup, or even hot chicken sauce(canned) I put it all in before church, and when we get home I throw in a head of brocolli, after about a half hour, we eat it up served with salad, mashed potatoes, rice...whatever :)
