HasFit nutrition for fat loss, help

I downloaded the fat loss guide they supply on HasFit, the workouts seem tailored to what I need right now (coming off an 8week injury that I'm still treating...)
The nutrition has me stumped, for snacks.
Has anyone uses this plan? If so, "only the carbs that come with your protein choice, no additional carb choice. try to keep them under 10g." For snacks-so... any suggestions? I'm stumped when it comes to this much protein!

I don't know anything about HasFit but I took a look at the image you attached.

The snack suggestions they give are fine. When it says no additional carbs, it's along the idea of don't eat crackers with the cheese. Try to choose plain yogurt instead of flavored, because flavored will have added sugars.

In terms of the "carbs that come with your protein choice", things like yogurt and protein powder often have a little bit of carbs, because lactose is a milk sugar. But it's naturally occurring. Those kinds of carbs are "allowed" it seems.

I will say that you should try to do what works best for you, and not stress out over every detail of a plan. If you hate it or find it too restrictive then you won't stick with it. Good luck! :)

I eat a bit more beef jerky than I should these days. It's my go to low carb snack. I haven't tried the HasFit program. Do you get to eat cheese or nuts in moderation?
