Looking for some other people with Type 1 Diabetes who are trying to lose weight. What food plan has given you the most success? How do you juggle insulin needs with exercise?
It's saying I burned over 200 calories for 20 minutes of cardio (10 each of elliptical and rowing machine). I really don't think this is accurate. What have other's found? I guess I will just try not to eat those extra calories!
I know every one is different, but if you wouldn't mind sharing your experiences, that'd be great! I'm a bit nervous and wondering what I can generally expect. Thanks!
