OK, so I went out running yesterday, but it's 30-ish degrees again today with blustery March conditions. Seemed like a good idea to switch it indoors and do some cardio/strength. I did 25 minutes on core and weights, and then figured I'd finish it off with 30 minutes on the treadmill (this is not the embarrassing part :)…
...what is an ok time for a newbie? I don't want to be the last guy out there running, I'll probably feel self conscious enough! Right now I am averaging around 36 minutes. Hoping to get it down a bit before the race in April! But I have no idea if this is good,, normal, slow??
