I just cut the grass for about 1 hr 50 mins, obviously I had to stop and empty the grass holder etc.. but Id say I was moving the lawn mower for at least 1 hr if not more. On the exercise sheet it said that I burned 468 calories for 1 hour, this seems high or is it right?
Yesterday I went 750 calories over what I should have and would have gained weight if every day was like yesterday. Dioes a day like that set you back a lot, will I have to do a lot more exercises over the next few days?
Have people used this product before, what do you think of it?
What would be the best exercises to burn stomach fat?
I know this must sound like a stupid question but to lose weight, do you have to burn more calories then you take in?
