Ive lost 3.2 lbs in my first week which is over what I expected. I had 3 days of weakness last week when I ate lots of crap.

Are you just including 3 hrs of mowing or do you include the breaks of having to empty the grass holder?

I just cut the grass for about 1 hr 50 mins, obviously I had to stop and empty the grass holder etc.. but Id say I was moving the lawn mower for at least 1 hr if not more. On the exercise sheet it said that I burned 468 calories for 1 hour, this seems high or is it right?

Yesterday I went 750 calories over what I should have and would have gained weight if every day was like yesterday. Dioes a day like that set you back a lot, will I have to do a lot more exercises over the next few days?

Thanks for the reply. I have burned about 400 calories today from exercise and I have taken in about 1100. When I clicked the "Complete Todays Entry" it said that I will have lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks, how is this so? I would have thought that Id have gained weight if I haven't burned as much cals as I took in.
