    I don't know of any exercises that necessarily just burn belly fat... however I would suggest that you try to do 3 exercises that target your core (leg lifts, bicycles, crunches, etc) and cardio EVERY DAY. I have worked with a personal trainer in the past and they tell you to do normal weight training (upper, lower body) on alternate days to give your muscles a rest but you should do abs EVERY day for the maximum effect. The more muscle you gain, the more fat you burn. Good luck!

    Cardio Exersizes burn fat the best of any exersizes.

    You can't target what fat gets burned. Your body will use whatever energy source is at hand, from wherever it has the easiest time getting it. Cardio is your best option for fat burning, but you *can't* spot burn. It just can't be done :(

    HOWEVER you can target muscle gain. So, if you combine cardio with exercises which build your core muscles like situps, abdominal twists, lower back exercises, etc, you'll see much better results than just doing cardio alone :)

    No exercise targets any particular area. We carry weight genetically in certain areas. When we lose weight, it's in "sheets" or "layers". The areas that tend to be thicker with fat are the last to go, unfortunately! Regular cardio and strength training are your best bet.
