20 lbs down
As of yesterday I am officially 20 lbs down! I still have 15 lbs to go until I reach my goal weight but I had to share these photos!:) In the first pictures of each set I'm 175 and in the second pics I'm 155. (Also, I'm 5'8)

Not new but...
I'm not new but a lot of my mfp friends have stopped logging.:( I'm looking for some new friends who are in it for the long run and aren't going to give up in a month or two. We can do this!:)

What do you do AFTER the 30DS?
I'm about to start the 30DS and I was just wondering, what do people do when it's over to keep the toned body that they just worked 30 days to get? Do you move on to another video? Keep doing level 3 over again? Just curious.

Should I trust my hrm?
I just got a Polar FT4 hrm. I've used it twice and both times the calories burned readings I'm getting on it are WAY higher than my treadmill and every other calorie calculator I put my info into. Like today I ran/walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Treadmill says I burned 220 calories but the hrm says I burned 358…

Hard time meeting calorie goal...
My calorie goal is 1360/day and I am under almost everyday. I am not starving myself by any means. I eat when I'm hungry. Some days I'm forcing myself to eat even when I'm completely full just to try to get to 1200 cal and I'm still usually under. I'm really confused about what to do. I'm scared if I keep force feeding…
