Is your strap too loose or too tight? I've read that that can affect it. My FT4 kept zeroing out in the middle of my workouts. Someone mentioned that my strap may be getting too loose. I tightened it and haven't had any more problems.

I've always heard that aspartame is bad for you. I used to drink a lot of diet drinks. I gave them up a couple of years ago and now I can't even drink a whole one. They just don't satisfy my thirst and they're just too sweet.

Just reduce the amount to creamer you use. Also, try flavored creamer...not fat free or sugar free...I like International Delights Hazelnut creamer. It's sweet enough (to me) that I can just use a tbsp and a half....no sugar or sugar substitute and my coffee tastes delicious and is only 58 calories.

It's a great workout! I only have 3 days left!!! All you need is the DVD and some hand weights. Each workout is about 25 minutes long and they are pretty intense but you get such great results! Jillian is my new bff!:)

I just started Level 2 today. After my first 2 days on Level 1 I was so sore that I had to take a rest day the next day so my body could heal. It made day 3 sooo much better! I haven't been sore since!:)
