I am new... I am a 23 year old guy who has always struggled with weight. I used to be a lot more active, playing football and rugby in high school, but over the past few years since starting my career I have steadily gained weight. I have always been losing 20 or so lbs and gaining it back right away. I want to lose 77 lbs…
