Pole Dancing - Calories Burnt
Hi, Does any one know a vague amount of calories you would burn in a one hour pole dancing lesson. Its my second ever lesson, I am 5" 3 and 172lbs if that helps, I have had a look around this site and the internet but can't seem to find a general amount anywhere... Any ideas anyone??? Thank you :)
