Flax seed oil?
I have some....Im struggling to figure out how to really use it... If you use it? what do you put it in so it doesnt taste like *kitten*? I dont get grossed out by much, but this really makes me gag. I dont want to waste it though... suggestions suggestions suggestions....please ;)
