arms and under the bust are most definitely edited. Iher face has been thinned out and she is wearing far too much make up. Im highly disappointed in this, as a plus sized woman, she is beyond gorgeous....and I find the amount of make up she has on takes away from her natural beauty.

even if you just go for a walk or something, its better than nothing right? Even with a pad on, put on your sneakers and take a 1/2 hour stroll....it will may you feel better :)

Im not sure what your knee issues were, but I have had horrible knees since I was a teen (caused from overuse etc)... I use knee straps.
