    Wow, you look terrific for being over forty...

    I'm aiming to look sort of like that, but...it's a tough road. Still have the extra tummy folds for loss weight that I can't seem to get rid of.

    (Any suggestions would be welcomed.)

    WOW!!!!! Could you please tell me what you did to get started and how you kept in tune to your food plan. I am 50 pounds over weight I am so emassed to be 184 pounds. Did you stick to 1200 calorie food plan a day. And excirese. I am starting tomorrow
