I am hoping to learn to scuba dive soon but am slightly worried about not being able to fit into wetsuits/boots and floating around like a fool not being able to sink!
Does anyone have any advice for weights I can do at home? Or know of any threads with good tips? It is not possible for me to join a gym at the moment. I have dumbells and a 5kg kettlebell I am just not sure on how to get best use out of what I have. Any help would be appreciated :smile:
