Losing weight very slowly-help
I'm 165 llbs (75kilos) 5'5 (165cm) and have about 27% body fat. I have been using this app for abut 3 months now and have lost about 3 kilo. I am eating about 1200 calories a day and doing light exercise 3 times a week. What am I doing wrong? Also does it make a difference on the %'s of carbs, proteins or fats I eat. I am…
