Losing weight very slowly-help

I'm 165 llbs (75kilos) 5'5 (165cm) and have about 27% body fat. I have been using this app for abut 3 months now and have lost about 3 kilo. I am eating about 1200 calories a day and doing light exercise 3 times a week. What am I doing wrong? Also does it make a difference on the %'s of carbs, proteins or fats I eat. I am trying to eat more protein and less carbs/fats but it is hard as the more protein I eat the more fat content.

You are likely not including everything in your log or you are not estimating correctly.

You could try more intense exercises and/or exercise more often.

Is 1200 calories sustainable for you? It was hard for me to stick to (though it did work while I was able to.)

If you are not weighing your food out you should start. A lot of people who see slow or stalled results tend to eat more than they think they are. And it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you are in a deficit.
