Pain after working out???
I have been doing the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout and afterwords (more toward bedtime) my body is in pain and i feel exhausted. Did i workout to hard? Or is that normal when starting a workout? Thanks Have a nice day :smile:

What other exercise should I do?
I am currently doing cardio and I know the say you should do strength training so you don't lose all of your muscle but I am wondering what type of exercises do you do to like tone up not bulk up??

Exercise Calories???
So I am eating healthy and I have been exercising and I am losing a little bit of weight already. However I try my hardest to reach at least 1,200 but I aim for 1,300. So if I do exercise and burn 118 calories do I need to eat another 118 calories? I am sooo confused because I thought exercise was to keep calories off??

Help me find motivation!!! PLEASE
I am good at eating well and I have no problem with that (so far) but how do I get motivated to exercise? I am such a couch potato and I hate it and I am ready to change but I just can't get motivation to exercise. I always find some excuse. :( Thanks
