walking 5K with bruised bones in foot.
Ok, I'm needing some positive thoughts!!! I have numerous bruised bones in my foot and in a walking boot and I was training to run a 5K, but on Wed I go for another checkup on my foot and I'm praying that the Doc will let me walk the 5K. due to a foot injury I can't run/walk... or basically do anything on my foot. anyone know of good exercise I can do so I can keep in the habit?

Has anyone tried 7 Ketones? The nutritionist at my store recommended it to help me burn more efficiently. Haven't seen any pounds drop from the scale but a friend said I'm looking thinner. I'm just wondering if anyone had any experiences with it?

Hi all, I went to a natural supplement store to pick some stuff up and I happened to ask the nutritionist if there's anything I can take to help my body burn more effectively as I'm plateaued yet again and upping my exercise isn't helping. She suggested adding a ketone supplement. Has anyone tried this? Thoughts?

Unexpected Help?
I think I got some unexpected diet help. Just started taking Lunesta (chronic insomnia) and it makes everything (including water) taste bitter. Really cuts back on what I'm eating and getting a fantastic night sleep. :)

I think I broke the plateau!
I think after 6 weeks I finally broke the plateau.... by 0.2 pounds. :) Tiny step, but something, right?! ;)

Do you guys log your cleaning days? Like on my deep cleaning days where I clean for 6 hours (I have 2 kids who love to "help") do you log that in your exercise?

I'm so frustrated! I've plateaued at the last 10 pounds of my weight goal. I've decreased calories and increased exercise, but if anything I have gained a pound. I'm so frustrated. Any suggestions?!
