what's my numbers??
I messed w/ my percentages in my goals for my protein/carb/fats...how do I calculate to know what should be best for weight loss for me?? I'm about 125ish lbs, workout at least 30 min per day...my calorie goal is 1300, so how do i figure how much of each I should eat?? Since I messed with it, I can't get it to reset to the…
