Macros not showing properly?
I just input my macro goals at 25/40/35 per the advice from my nutritionist. When I look at the goals on the app the numbers change in the nutrition pie chart - currently they're showing as 26/32/42 (and the actual of course are totally out of whack). I'm waiting on a sample food plan for my macros plan that I'm supposed to be following, in the meantime, I'm wondering if someone can help me out! I'm supposed to net 1500cals 25%/94g Carbs 35%/131g Protein 40%/67g Fat I've had a hard time getting the balance right.

Which activity monitor is best?
I'm looking to get an activity monitor but I don't know which one to get? I was looking at the Garmin or the Fitbit (one of the clip ones) but then I saw the MisFit Shine. Now I'm just confused. What do people think is the best one and why? What are the pros and cons of the different kinds! Help a newbie out!

I've heard people say your biggest meal of the day should be Lunch I've also heard Dinner (or Supper depending on where you live) should be. Best Heart Rate Monitor
I've trying searching but I can't find this topic on here so sorry if it's a duplicate. I'm thinking about getting an HRM (and possiblty a pedometer for work) but I have no idea what I should be looking for. I would prefer something I can wear easily throughout the day but that's all I know. Any advice??
