So I've lost 30 pounds since January. I did it by swimming at first like 5-6 times a week and then moving on to the eliptical at least 4-5 times a week. for the first 15lbs or so I didn't really track the foods I ate, but the past 60 days I've been using MyFitnessPal.com I'm trying to keep @ 1200 NET calories a day and…
