i can't help but notice that several foods have improper info. This is not surprising as many are entered by users and on the fly. As an example, mussels are listed with a caloric value only and no protein, carbs, etc. Other listings have two different serving sizes with the same nutrition info for both.
I have already taken my exercise regimen into consideration with my calorie settings under goals. Yet when I add an exercise, it adds 600 calories to my goal for the day. How do I stop this? should I stop adding exercise? Thanks, Dr. S.
