I had a great start to week 2. I know that I can do this, I have to. I will not put the weight back on again. I lost so much before and fell off of my exercise and logging my food. Next thing you knew, all 78 lbs was back on. Now, I am back on track and I will succeed. I just have to remember that this is a lifestyle…
