is dwindelling. I'm studying for exams right now and all I want to do is eat junk food and get blazing drunk. But I'm being super disciplined so I'm getting stressed that I'm doing all this dieting and exercising and it's just not getting me anywhere. :( sigh. Where's the ice-cream when you need it?
does anyone know any good exercises to tone your inner thighs, other than squats or lunges since I'm doing about 200 of those a day :( ? I'm starting to get rather disheartened about my weight and just want it gone!!! to be honest any information about any workouts or exercises that others do would be great! thank you :)
