MFP exercise and calories burned.. too high?
Hello. Today I logged the exercise of 45 minutes on an elliptical trainer, MFP said that I burned something like 300 calories, while my actual machine said I burned a little over 100. I also logged 4 hours of golfing, using a power cart, which MFP said was almost 1300 calories burned, but that feels far to high. So I guess…

Can't seem to lose any weight!
Hi! I have been under my calorie goals (1420) every day and I have also been making my calorie burn goals (2191) as well. I have been using MFP for nearly a month and I have not lost a single pound.
