I like to eat Quaker no salt rice cakes and spread a bit of jam on it. Low calorie, lots of fiber, and very filling.

that's good that machines aren't accurate. I was like... I run my *kitten* off for 45 minutes, sweating like crazy, and I only burned 100 calories?!

I joined a gym! Specifically Anytime Fitness, where I can work out whenever I have time, not having to stick with a gym schedule. :)

I have it! and I love it! It makes my skin look like its been airbrushed! But be very careful in which color you choose, it tends to run dark. Its great because sometimes makeup can feel oily and this stuff is very light.
