I like Zumba and step..just trying to get new ideas..Switch it up a bit!
I need some new breakfast ideas..I'm getting tried of the same few things I eat..protein shake, protein pancakes, Greek yogurt with fruit & honey.
Okay so soda is definitely my down fall..I can give up anything but that for some reason. I've try diet & low calorie substitutes..just not the same. Any ideas?
Looking for exercise/motivation buddies in the southwest Florida area.
This is my second time around..I lost 10lbs last time but gained it all back plus some :( . Time to be accountable. Hopefully by adding some friends this time & getting some much needed motivation I can reach my goal! Lets motivate each other!
