What is the one excuse you always make but shouldn't?
I always think "Ugh, I just showered I don't wanna go workout and get all sweaty!" When I know I can come back after a workout and take another shower.. it's no big deal! I just can't get passed that thought sometimes!! What about you guys?!

I know all about BMR & TDEE but have a question!
So, I recently figured out my TDEE was ~2250 and I want to lose 1lb a week, so I made MFP goal 1750. Since my goal is based on my TDEE, I should be only eating 1750 right? BMR and MFP Calorie Allowance
Ok this may be a dumb question but.. I read yesterday you are supposed to eat above your BMR. Since, well that's what your body needs to function "properly" My BMR is ~1580. MFP had me at 1400 cals. I realized that when I upped it around 1700 I lost more. Does anyone know how I can figure out how many cals I should…
