I am just wondering if you eat your activity calories that you earned that day or do you not even touch them. And do you think it accelerates your weight loss? Just wondering because I have been eating the activity calories I earn for that day:) Michelle

I would leave to hear your success story and how long it roughly took you to lose those last 20lbs. I have about that to lose and for the past 4 weeks I have lost like 2 lbs.
