fairly new to MFP..brand new to the website
Hi. I started my healthy eating and exercise mid May, 2011. A friend introduced me to MFP a few weeks later. It's so helpful! I've lost 14.5 lbs so far. Still have 33 to go to meet my first goal. I have fought my whole life with a weight problem, but commited to get it off and eat healthier. Face it, I'm not getting any…
