fairly new to MFP..brand new to the website

Hi. I started my healthy eating and exercise mid May, 2011. A friend introduced me to MFP a few weeks later. It's so helpful! I've lost 14.5 lbs so far. Still have 33 to go to meet my first goal. I have fought my whole life with a weight problem, but commited to get it off and eat healthier. Face it, I'm not getting any younger
I haven't figured out how all this works, but will keep exploring.
MFP makes it so easy to keep track of everything for me and so the burden of all the counting is not there.
I recommend it to everyone who is asking about my weight loss and those who are dieting!
