Anybody have some good recipies ideas for Protien Shakes and Smoothies that stay under 250 cals (or thereabout) I am completely burnt out on my whey, yogurt, and frozen berries. I know you people must have something up your sleeves. I would like to try something new. I have nearly turned into a blueberry. Thankx!
