Ok I just posted a ? But i didn't quite ask it right. I eat about 1300 calories a day and burn between 400-600 should my net calorie intake be 1270 (recommend by mfp) or should i just be eating that much I am soo confused right now Lol I don't understand why work out if I have to eat the calories back :( soo lost!
