eating enough?

Ok I just posted a ? But i didn't quite ask it right. I eat about 1300 calories a day and burn between 400-600 should my net calorie intake be 1270 (recommend by mfp) or should i just be eating that much I am soo confused right now Lol I don't understand why work out if I have to eat the calories back
soo lost!

explore the goal settings part, you'll understand how it works better. I don't try to eat the difference in what I burn but at same time, I am more hungry when I exercise and for me that means I need to eat (otherwise I snack on junk before bed...better to eat something healthy after working out instead). hope that helps.0
