Had my first ever bikram yoga class today!! Not sure I really liked it. Got a major headache mid-class. But I have a groupon that gives me 9 more classes. So i guess i have to try again!! Maybe i didn't drink enough water beforehand. Has anyone tried bikram yoga? And what did you think? I think I prefer yoga flow styles…
