  • I used to weigh in daily but for me it was counterproductive. Now I weigh in once every 6-8weeks and its working well for me. Going by my clothes and the mirror rather than the scale keeps me if a positive mindset.
  • I have gained about 5lbs over the festive period and have been back on the health horse since the 28th Dec! 1) Plan for January is to get back to my pre-festive weight then commit to getting the rest off. 2) Continue to workout 4 times a week 3) Drink water 4) Improve flexibility
  • I started the program but as my gym is not super fancy I don't have a lot of the machines so not following it completely!

  • I guessed I was 10% larger! Great site! Really puts things into perceptive!
  • I'm 1 workout away from finishing Phase 2 and I'm super excited about started Phase 3. I'm thinking after finishing JMBR I'm doing to give myself a free week or 2 before starting the programme again with heavier weights! Probably second time round I'll swap Cardio 1 with another cardio video, such as insanity (Cardio 1 is…
  • I definitely agree with your nutritionist! When I saw the program and saw that Jillian wanted us to eat 1200 calories a day I immediately dismissed that! I personally did not think it was realistic or would be effective! I am now on workouts 7/8 and have been eating between 1800-2200 calories doing the program and I am…
  • I only double up on weeks when I know that its going to be hard to fit in all my workouts because of social or work commitments. But even with that said I would only double up max twice a week. I definitely would not do it every day. I personally have dealt with too many workout related injuries to push myself past what…
  • 7lbs is awesome! Definitely can't complain about that! I'm on Workout 7/8 now. In Phase 1 I only lost like 1.5lbs but definitely appeared a bit more muscular. However in Phase 2 so far I have lost like 5lbs which is awesome for me, especially as I have 2 rounds of the 7/8 workouts to go!! People are telling my that I look…
  • I dropped out at Week 7 because I managed to injure my upper left arm! I think it had something to do with too many push ups. But so close!
  • I'm in! Is it too late?
  • Going for coffee with friends is always an awesome way to catch up and it's so easy to control how much you consume!
  • I am on my last week of RI30! 2 more workouts to go (after I recover from this cold). Its definitely harder than 30ds but I personally like it more! Some of the moves are really challenging! Week 1 is pretty chilled kinda felt like I was wasting my time but it definitely picks up in intensity! Enjoy!
  • Congrats!!!!
  • I have had plantar fasciitis (foot injury) for over a year now!! Foot injuries take forever to heel! When it was at its worse I had to stop all high impact sports that I love and switch to much more low impact things! As sad as it is to admit there is not much you can do apart from swim. Depending on if it aggravates your…
