    Aug 4: I stand up and clean for work and so I counted some cals burned for that and I came home and did a little circuit training--675 cals burned

    Day 3 = 1451 (Walked 4 dog miles, 2 JM workouts Punch, Mowed the lawn 60 minutes. Busy day!
