HI Everyone. Looking at your progress and it seems that some of you, if not most might hit around 5000 calories a week the pace you all are burning at. Good Job!!

Top 5 Calorie Burns for Day 3 are:

For those falling behind, here some ideas on some High calorie burning workouts.

- Kickboxing ( tae kwan do or Turbo fire) - 777 cals per hr

- Aerobics - 530 cals per hr

- Circuit Training - 616 cals per hr

- Power Yoga - 541 cals per hr

- Zumba - 532 cals per hr

These are just a few ideas, to get some big burns. I usually get the DVD's if I can't find a class.
