I watched this on BBC news this morning and my conclusion from it was the same as always! Everything in moderation. I personally will not be cutting bacon, sausages and cured meats out of my diet. But I will not be eating them everyday either. Anything to excess is bad for you.

I workout at home with a mix of workout dvds or youtube videos, 4 days a week! At the moment I'm rotating insanity workouts, JM fat boost metabolism, blogilates (youtube) and befit (youtube). All these workouts are circuit style and I love the challenge they give my body! No workouts have made me sweat like this and in the…

This is a great idea! I'm terrible about drinking fluids but I will make a conscious effort to increase my water intake!

I plan to lose my 10lbs by: 1) Recommitting to a healthy diet and looking at the quality of food that I am eating rather than just the calories 2) Working out 4 days a week - A mix of insanity workouts and other home workout dvds 3) Trying to eat and drink more sensibly at social occasions 4) Learning how to say no again…

I have been doing insanity for 6 weeks now! I'm doing it 5 times a week and I'm still getting great results. Its a hard workout so it will challenge your body regardless of how many days a week you do it. It will just take longer than the planned 63 days. Enjoy your workout!

I weigh myself almost everyday but only log my weight into MFP on Mondays. I'm gradually trying to move away from weighing myself too regularly as a bad weigh in can negatively effect me. So I'm trying to weigh myself only twice a week, on Monday and Saturday. Monday to keep me on track over the weekend and Saturday…

I have been doing the program for 3 weeks but I have modified it slightly because I was worried about my knees. I am doing it 5 times a week, using my weekend as rest days. I don't do really high impact moves like power jumps which will be too hard on my knee, but instead replace them with lighter moves from the insanity…

Hi ya, I'm new to the group! I'm on Day 16 of insanity and loving it but man is my body feeling it. So far I have not really lost any weight but have definitely seen changes in my body. So far my thighs are much smoother and I seem to have gained strength in my arms. I'm excited about the results at the end of the 60days.…
