Does that seem too high to anyone else?? Some details: I weigh 201. Average heart rate was 185. Maximum 200. Total time 52:51. When I walked out I was dripping in sweat. I went to an Italian restaurant today and had chicken ricotta raviolis in vodka sauce. There were 6 large pieces and I ate 4. I put in 1,000 quick calories. Does that sound about right?

Any thoughts on my workout plan for this week?
I joined a 12 week exercise study that restricted my exercise to the treadmill 3 times a week and various strength machines for 2 of those 3 days. The program is now over.
