So I have been doing great for two weeks and then yesterday I was tired and not feeling well and I was HUNGRY! So, I ended up eating an extra 1500 calories over the day. I didn't eat anything garbagy - I just ate until I was not super hungry for one day. I hope I can recover from this one - *&^%$#@!

The Pleasure Diet
There is a great article in Self this month titled, "The Pleasure Diet." It had some great tips about mindful eating and definately promotes slow, healthy weight loss WITHOUT depriving oneself of any food group. Including the chocolate and wine group. LOL

I am new to myfitnesspal but I love the app for my iphone and it is FREE! I am trying to lose 5 pounds a month for a few months. My priority is to exercise an hour a day - even if it is walking, drink 8 glasses of water, take my vitamin and stay within a reasonable caloric intake. I am usually the fad dieter (so much fun)…
