Took some weight after burning 3900 calories
Hello everyone, I am a bit confused, I lost a air amount of weight. Before my race (Spartan Beast Race 25 km uphill) I weight myself and I was 169 lbs. I ate pasta before the race and had 1/2 ribs and 1 beer after the race. I weight myself (2 days after, I have still legs pain) and I am 173 lbs. during the ace I sent 3900…

Lifting Weight with cardio but how much
Hi Guys, I have been running for the last 90 days 3miles every day (thinking it was 3km:) - Yes i know...funny...). The result with a proper diet was pretty good lost around 25 lbs. Too much proteins
Hi All, I had a wake-up call and start to exercice and eat healty. I went from a 204lbs to 183lbs. So far every seems good, but i am a bit worried on the consequence if i eat too much proteins What are you thoughts ?
