Is there a way to save certain threads on this forum?
Just wondering if there is a way to save threads on this forum, like a "favorite" feature. There have been so many good posts, but I don't know how else to save them, other than to copy and paste them on my computer. Has MFP come up with this feature, and I'm just missing it somewhere?

Why can't I lose weight like everyone else?

Something I have so much trouble with is coming up with a meal plan, I'm always at a loss for how to eat healthy during the day.
