i did my first run/walk last night. I felt good afterwards! I'm using an app called get running. It's almost like having a trainer. :happy: Anyhow I was just curious if anyone else is early on in their own journey and would like to buddy up or anyone using the get running app. I just want to try and keep motivated!
hi everyone! i found myfitnesspal through an app on my ipod. i've been using it since may and have really enjoyed it. keeping track of everything i'm eating and doing has helped me lose 13 lbs so far! i decieded to come to the forums and see if anyone would like to buddy up for motivation and fun :) -Amanda
