Avoiding loose skin after weight loss
I have heard that loosing 2lbs a week and working out will prevent loose skin. Has anyone lost a considerable amount of weight without surgery and not had problems with loose skin? Just want to hear your thoughts.

Which is more accurate digital or slider scale?
Lately I have being weighing on the old slider scale, you know the kind they had in schools. I seem to weigh less on this particular scale vs the digital. Which scale should I trust, oldie but goody or the digital age?

Yes a lot of weight, I would like to invite those of us who has at least this much too loose to follow and support one another. Maybe after we finish we could send our journey stories to Good Morning America or Biggest Loser. Just an idea.
